Hello all!

Welcome to my Underwear Affair Personal Page! As you can see, I've joined BC Cancer Foundation's Underwear Affair - a 10K run / 5K walk to uncover cures for cancers below the waist. It's not only fun, but it fights prostate, colon, and ovarian cancer, among others. I'll be just one of thousands of people gathered on the streets of Vancouver this summer in the biggest Affair this town has ever seen!

I decided to participate in this affair when my boss, Kathi LeBlanc, invited me to join her team. Kathi was diagnosed with cancer a couple of years ago and I saw firsthand how long and scary the battle was. No one ever imagines cancer happening to themselves but she managed to stay positive through the entire process and is now cancer free!

SO, how can you help me out? You can DONATE! It doesn't have to be a large amount (see liberated gifter), even $5 will go somewhere! I need, at the very least, $300 otherwise I'm donating it all myself. And if that happens, I will be running and crying at the same time. Not very pretty or easy to do. So, donate a little spare change and I will do the dirty work ;)
