Hello!

Ya, so I grow a bad moustache for Movember every year and Kelly hates it.  She signed me up for this fundraiser so she can see me in my underwear, I know it.  I'm joining this incredible team called The Rollin' Colons and supporting an amazing girl...Kelly's sister...our captain...Lori Weston.

I'm also running this 10k in my underwear for a friend who gave his left nut to cancer.  Oh yes, he did, literally.  He's a rad guy, this run is for him!

As I took a moment and thought about it, I know more friends that have been or are being affected by cancer's than I'd like to know.  It's horrible.

Please throw a couple dollars at me to help fund research and watch me run through the city in my underwear.  I used to do it for free, but now I'm older, it's gonna cost you a couple bucks, hah!!

I'm sure I'll use the song from FM Belfast "Underwear" as my theme song for this run.  See you on July 9th!!!
